Document Requirements for Scholarship Program
The following registration documents must be completed if students meet the main registration requirements for the scholarship program:

Photocopy of the last 2-year report cards (semester 1 and 2)

Recent self photos size 3x4 (3 pieces)

Scholarship Application Letter signed by parents

Certificates or awards supporting student achievements

Evidence of involvement in various non-academic activities according to student's abilities

Recommendation letters (from teachers/school principals/guidance counselors/priests/pastors), minimum of 3 individuals

Photocopy of the last year's property tax (according to current residence)

Photocopy of the last 3-months electricity and water bills (according to current residence)
Registration Requirements for Scholarship Program
To proceed with the scholarship program registration process, prospective students are required to demonstrate consistent achievements in school.
For Scholarship Registration under the Academic Achievement category, the minimum requirements are as follows: Mathematics, Indonesian Language, English Language, and overall average scores on the report card for the last 2 years must be at least 87.5.
Prospective students can only proceed to the next stage of the scholarship program registration process if the main requirements are met.

Scholarship Awarding
The awarding of scholarships is based on the results of scholarship tests and interviews with students and parents.
Scholarships are granted to students in Grades 10, 11, 12. For students in Grades 10 & 11, scholarships are awarded until the student completes Grade 12, with academic performance evaluations at the end of each semester in every academic year. Recipients of UPH College scholarships are required to adhere to all provisions stated in the Scholarship Agreement Letter signed by the parents and students over a stamp duty.
The decision of the UPH College scholarship committee is final and cannot be contested.
CONTINUATION OF SCHOLARSHIP AWARDING
Scholarship recipients must achieve a minimum grade of 85 for all subjects in each semester. If recipients fail to achieve this grade, UPH College reserves the right to discontinue scholarship awards for the following year.
