Humanitarian Action by UPH College for Earthquake and Tsunami Victims in Palu

UPH College delivered logistical aid for the victims of the earthquake and tsunami disaster in Palu through a collaboration with GPDI Kulawi. The aid included rice, cooking oil, and other daily necessities. These donations were collected from the loving offerings of students, parents, teachers, and staff of UPH College.

The aid was gathered at the Kulawi Disaster Post, Central Sulawesi, and then distributed to the local residents.

This donation was part of the Mission Week activities conducted by UPH College from November 3 to 9, 2018, across the Jabodetabek area, Nias (North Sumatra), Lampung, Ngabang (West Kalimantan), Kediri (East Java), Sangihe (North Sulawesi), Tomohon (North Sulawesi), Palangkaraya (Central Kalimantan), Toraja (South Sulawesi), Maumere (East Nusa Tenggara), Rote (East Nusa Tenggara), Labuan Bajo (East Nusa Tenggara), Kupang (East Nusa Tenggara), and Ambon (Maluku). It is hoped that the assistance from UPH College can be beneficial and help ease the burden of the residents in Palu and its surroundings.
